Chicken `N Chiles Recipe

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and chili pwdr.
  2. Coat chicken with flour mix.
  3. Heat butter in skillet and fry chicken on one side till browned; turn chicken.
  4. Add in mushrooms and continue cooking other side till chicken is well browned.
  5. Combine soup, evaporated lowfat milk, green chiles and spoon over chicken.
  6. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 40 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  7. Serve with warm cooked rice.
