Easy Versatile Slow Cooker Chili

  1. At bedtime add one jar of your favorite salsa (mild, medium or Hot) to the stew beef.
  2. Cook on low overnight.
  3. In the morning Stir the mixture.
  4. Add the beans, diced tomatoes, roasted red peppers and chili powder.
  5. Add water if you like a thinner chili.
  6. Cook on low all day.
  7. To serve, top with onion, cheese and goldfish crackers.
  8. I have used chicken breast instead of beef.
  9. It needs to be shredded in the morning.
