Baked meatless tacos (with fresh salsa)

  1. Mix your salsa and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  2. Mash the beans with the garlic.
  3. Mix the cheeses.
  4. Place 1/4 of beans on half tortilla, top with 1/4 of cheese mix.
  5. Spread to edge, fold over.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Place filled tortillas on greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 350 for approx.
  9. 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
  10. Serve with salsa.
