Holiday Chocolate Bon Bon Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Chop white chocolate coarsely into 48 medium-sized chunks.
  3. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted, Stir in milk and vanilla.
  5. Stir in flour and nuts until well blended.
  6. (Dough will be stiff.)
  7. Shape 1 level tablespoon dough around each white chocolate chunk, enclosing completely.
  8. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
  10. (Cookies will be soft and shiny, but will firm as they cool.)
  11. Cool on wire racks.
