Holiday Chocolate Bon Bon Cookies
- 1 pkg. (6 squares) BAKER'S White Chocolate
- 1-1/2 pkg. (12 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Chop white chocolate coarsely into 48 medium-sized chunks.
- Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted, Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Stir in flour and nuts until well blended.
- (Dough will be stiff.)
- Shape 1 level tablespoon dough around each white chocolate chunk, enclosing completely.
- Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
- (Cookies will be soft and shiny, but will firm as they cool.)
- Cool on wire racks.
