Beef Bourguinon

  1. Preheat oven to 200C Combine steak, onion, and mushrooms in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Stir in tomato paste.
  3. Combine water and recipe mix in a jug and pour over beef mixture.
  4. Cover dish with lid.
  5. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender, stirring twice during cooking.
