Beef Bourguinon
- 500 g blade steaks, cubed
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 12 cups mushrooms, halved
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 (45 g) packet maggi seasoning, beef bourguignon recipe mix
- 1 cup water
- Preheat oven to 200C Combine steak, onion, and mushrooms in an ovenproof dish.
- Stir in tomato paste.
- Combine water and recipe mix in a jug and pour over beef mixture.
- Cover dish with lid.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender, stirring twice during cooking.
