Low-Carb Burgers

  1. Make the sauce: Mix together mayonnaise, Dijon, and Worcestershire.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground chuck, salt, black pepper, and 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Form four patties and set aside.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry patties until done in the middle.
  7. Top patties with tomato slices, avocado slices, and red onion slices.
  8. Drizzle with the sauce to taste.
  9. Cut the base of each lettuce leaf on the head and carefully peel it away so that it stays as intact as possible.
  10. Use 2 or 3 leaves per burger patty and wrap them around the patty as tightly as you can.
  11. Slice in half and serve immediately!
