Brussels Sprouts With Herbes de Provence

  1. Wash and trim brussels sprouts.
  2. Place in steamer and sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
  3. Steam for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on size of sprouts.
  4. In serving bowl mix together vinegar and mustard.
  5. When sprouts are cooked, drain and stir into dressing.
