Cheesy Bacon Orchard Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Heat oil in large heavy ovenproof skillet on medium heat.
  3. Meanwhile, combine flour and pepper.
  4. Add chicken, 1 piece at a time, to flour mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each piece.
  5. Add to skillet; cook 4 min.
  6. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  7. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
  8. Add potatoes, garlic and thyme to skillet; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
  9. Return chicken to skillet; cover with foil.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. Meanwhile, combine coating mix, bacon and paprika in medium bowl.
  12. Stir in cheese.
  13. Top chicken with apples and cheese mixture.
  14. Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 min.
  15. or until potatoes and apples are tender, and chicken is done (165 degrees F).
