Saffron Rice for Entertaining
- 360 ml White rice
- 1/2 tsp Saffron
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Wash the rice and leave to strain in a sieve.
- Soak the saffron in white wine for 10 minutes.
- Then, add the rice to the rice cooker.
- Pour in the wine and saffron along with the normal amount of water you would use to cook rice, add the salt and lightly mix everything together.
- Cut the butter up and add it in, then cook the rice as you would normally.
- This is what the rice looks like when it's cooked.
- Add in meat, fish, or use in stews.
- This rice goes well with anything.
