Drambuie English Rose

• 3 drops orange bitters
• 1 ounce drambuie
• 4 ounces chilled blanc de noirs champagne
• splash campari
• 3 drops rose water
• 1 thinly sliced strawberry (fanned and floated on top, as garnish)

1. In a Champagne flute, add:.
2. 1 sugar cube.
3. 3 drops orange bitters.
4. 1 oz Drambuie.
5. Slowly top with:.
6. 4 oz chilled Blanc de Noirs Champagne.
7. Splash Campari.
8. 3 drops rosewater.
9. Garnish with a thinly-sliced strawberry fanned and floated on top.
