Home-Made Muesli
- 12 12 g oats
- 12 12 g sultanas (or 1/2 banana)
- 2 teaspoons wheat bran
- 1 apple, grated (eating)
- 150 ml milk (skimmed)
- Mix all ingredients together and add honey to taste if required.
- Alternatiely, mix all ingredients (except banana) the night before and leave to soak in skimmed milk.
