Bacon and Spring Cabbage in Tomato Sauce
- 80 grams Bacon
- 1 Spring cabbage
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 appropriate amount Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Sake or White wine
- 1 Canned diced tomatoes
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Bouillon powder
- 1 dash Ground black pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Salt
- Cut the bacon in small pieces.
- Slice the onion and the garlic and chop the cabbage.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the onion and bacon and stir-fry on medium heat.
- Add cabbage and stir-fry until it is soft.
- Add sake and evaporate the alcohol.
- Add the ingredients of marked and cook for 7-8 minutes with medium heat.
- Mix occasionally.
- After cooking well, adjust with salt and it's done.
- Transfer in the bowl and sprinkle the parsley and enjoy.
