Ham & Asparagus Pasta Skillet with Parmesan
- 4 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 3 cups water
- 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 2 carrots, peeled, sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Bring pasta, water, salsa, ham and pesto to boil in large skillet on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
- Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
