Pineapple-Cheese Pie

  1. Combine 1/4 cup cold milk and gelatin in container of an electric blender; process at low speed to soften gelatin.
  2. Heat 1/2 cup milk in a small saucepan; add to gelatin mixture and process until gelatin granules dissolve.
  3. Scrape sides of blender with spatula.
  4. Add sugar and next five ingredients; blend until smooth.
  5. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons syrup.
  6. Add reserved syrup to blender mixture; process until smooth.
  7. Pour into crust.
