Smoky Quiche Recipe

  1. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell, bake at 450 degrees for 6 min.
  2. Saute/fry bacon and onion in skillet till brown.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Sprinkle proportionately in pie shell.
  5. Sprinkle on a layer of cheese.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Combine Large eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, mixing well.
  8. Pour over cheese layer.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
