Barbecued Lamb Shanks Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients for the TANGY SAUCE together.
  2. Brown the lamb shanks in a small amount of fat.
  3. Turn down the heat and pour the sauce over the lamb shanks.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  5. Serve with sauce from the pan.
  6. Goes well with rice.
