Weight Watchers Corn Muffins Recipe

  1. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking pwdr and sugar.
  2. In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Add in to dry mix.
  4. Spray muffin pan (12 c.) with Pam and fill 2/3 full.
  5. Bake 15-20 min at 425 degrees.
  6. Makes 12.
  7. (1 muffin = 1 B 1/2 Fa 25 O.C.)
