Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream butter flavor Crisco, brown sugar, lowfat milk, and vanilla in large bowl.
  3. Blend till creamy.
  4. Blend in egg.
  5. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
  6. Add in to creamed mix, gradually.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  8. Drop rounded tablespoonful of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min for chewy cookies and 11-13 min for crisp cookies.
  10. Cold on baking sheet.
  11. Makes 3 dozen.
