Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. (White Lily) all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecan pcs
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream butter flavor Crisco, brown sugar, lowfat milk, and vanilla in large bowl.
- Blend till creamy.
- Blend in egg.
- Combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Add in to creamed mix, gradually.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoonful of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min for chewy cookies and 11-13 min for crisp cookies.
- Cold on baking sheet.
- Makes 3 dozen.
