Spinach and Tomato Pizza
- 1 whole Flour Tortilla
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- 10 leaves Spinach, Torn
- 1 slice Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian Seasoning

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- Drizzle a bit of olive oil onto the tortilla.
- Layer on spinach and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with desired amount of salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
- 3.
- Place in the oven for about 7 minutes, or until the edges of the tortilla start to brown.
- 4.
- Pull the pizza out of the oven and add the mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with more salt and pepper, if desired.
