Super Banana Bread
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup granular no-calorie sweetener
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside.
- Beat reduced-fat cream cheese and sweetener in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Gradually beat in buttermilk.
- Add bananas and eggs; mix well.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 min.
- ; remove from pan to wire rack.
- Cool completely.
