Apple Pie With Honey And Raisins
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Backing soda
- 100 grams Butter
- 2 cup Flour
- 5 Apple
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 5 tbsp Sour cream
- Beat 1 egg with mixer
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix again.
- Add 5 tablespoons of sour cream and mix
- Add pinch of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 2.5 cups of flour.
- Mix well (use spiral mixer or hands)
- Put the dough to the freezer for 10-15 min
- Roll out the dough thinly and put it into desired oiled baking dish ( or sprayed with cooking spray).
- Remove the skin from the apples.
- Cut apples into thin slices.
- Mix slices of apples with 3-4 tablespoons of honey.
- ( you can also add cinnamon or vanilla on your taste).
- Put the mixture on the whole surface of the dough
- Sprinkle the surface with raisins and decorate the pie with dough leftovers.
- Put beaten egg yolk on the open dough parts with brush
- Bake for 25-30 min (350 F)
