Cajun Alfredo Skillet

  1. Toss chicken with 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and vegetables; cook 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Add sausage; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Add cooking creme, milk and remaining seasoning; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Stir in pasta.
  7. Each serving contains: 30%DV vitamin A, 40%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 10%DV iron.
