Cajun Alfredo Skillet
- 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 c. halved green pepper strips
- 1 c. halved red pepper strips
- 1 onion
- 1/4 lb. smoked sausage
- 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 cube hot cooked penne pasta
- Toss chicken with 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken and vegetables; cook 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add sausage; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add cooking creme, milk and remaining seasoning; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir in pasta.
- Each serving contains: 30%DV vitamin A, 40%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 10%DV iron.
