Brimstone *******extremely hot sauce ******
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted & peeled
- 24 habanero peppers, stemmed
- 18 red savino habaneros,stemmed
- 3 jalpenos, stemmed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 bottle, Texas Pete
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 6 oz white vinegar
- 12 oz white distilled vinegar
- 6 limes,juice only
- combine ingredients in stainless steel.
- or glass saucepan, too 200F for 5 minutes, puree mixture, pour into sterilized jars
