Chicken And Ritz Casserole Recipe

• 1 whole chicken or possibly 4 breasts, stewed (cut up)
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 teaspoon bay seasoning
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Pepper and/or possibly salt to taste

1. Mix together 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted butter.
2. Put this on top of the chicken.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till bubbly at edges.
