Beer Caramelized Onions

  1. Chop onions into slices and put into the pot.
  2. Place the beer in the pan and turn on the stove.
  3. Add the honey.
  4. Once it starts to boil, add the soy sauce.
  5. Add also the pinch of sea salt.
  6. Turn down the burner and let it boil until the sauce reduces.
  7. Works great on top of steaks or burgers!
  8. :)
