Beer Caramelized Onions
- 2 purple onions
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Chop onions into slices and put into the pot.
- Place the beer in the pan and turn on the stove.
- Add the honey.
- Once it starts to boil, add the soy sauce.
- Add also the pinch of sea salt.
- Turn down the burner and let it boil until the sauce reduces.
- Works great on top of steaks or burgers!
