Easy Vegetable Toss

  1. Add broccoli, califlower and beans to a saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 minutes or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender.
  2. (Do not overcook).
  3. Drain immediately; rinse with very cold water.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Place in a large serving bowl.
  6. Add peppers, dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
