Easy Vegetable Toss
- 1 lb broccoli floret
- 1 lb cauliflower floret
- 12 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2 -inch strips
- 12 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 13 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- Add broccoli, califlower and beans to a saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 minutes or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender.
- (Do not overcook).
- Drain immediately; rinse with very cold water.
- Drain well.
- Place in a large serving bowl.
- Add peppers, dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
