Alaska Snow Crab And Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

  1. For Teriyaki Marinade: Whisk together all ingredients; set aside.
  2. Place chicken in glass pan.
  3. Cover with 3/4 c. Teriyaki Marinade.
  4. Set aside 1/2 c. Teriyaki Marinade for dipping sauce.
  5. This shouldn't touch raw chicken.
  6. Cover chicken with plastic and chill 4 to 8 hrs.
  7. Place chicken on broiling pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 15 to 20 min.
  8. Turn chicken while broiling and brush with another 1/4 c. Teriyaki Marinade.
  9. Meanwhile, brush snow crab with oil and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 min.
  10. Serve chicken and crab with reserved 1/2 c. Teriyaki Marinade for dipping.
  11. This recipe yields 4 servings.
