Alaska Snow Crab And Chicken Teriyaki Recipe
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 x snow crab clusters thawed if necessary
- 3/4 c. peanut oil
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. sherry
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 x teaspoonss grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- For Teriyaki Marinade: Whisk together all ingredients; set aside.
- Place chicken in glass pan.
- Cover with 3/4 c. Teriyaki Marinade.
- Set aside 1/2 c. Teriyaki Marinade for dipping sauce.
- This shouldn't touch raw chicken.
- Cover chicken with plastic and chill 4 to 8 hrs.
- Place chicken on broiling pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 15 to 20 min.
- Turn chicken while broiling and brush with another 1/4 c. Teriyaki Marinade.
- Meanwhile, brush snow crab with oil and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 min.
- Serve chicken and crab with reserved 1/2 c. Teriyaki Marinade for dipping.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
