Creamy Yam and Cauliflower Soup

  1. Simmer cauliflower and yam in broth until very soft.
  2. Puree with broth.
  3. Sautee onion and garlic in butter until translucent.

  6. Puree onion and garlic with butter and drippings.
  7. Add to broth puree.
  8. Wisk in sour cream, salt, and nutmeg.
  9. Let simmer for flavor to merge.
  10. Serve hot.
