Cranberry buns

  1. Dissolve yeast into water, and melt the butter.
  2. Put flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.
  3. Then add yeast water in and stir a little bit.
  4. Beat the eggs and add into step 2.
  5. And pour in the melted butter.
  6. Stir till dough.
  7. Move out the dough to a table with slightly sprayed flour.
  8. Separately add in cranberry and knead.
  9. Covet the dough and raise for 30 to 40 minutes in warm place.
  10. Take out the dough and cut into 8 pieces.
  11. Flatten each dough and fold twice.
  12. Pinch the edge down and make the surface neat.
  13. Preheat the oven to 190 C
  14. Spray some flour on the dough and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  15. Bake 20 minutes.
