Cranberry buns
- 600 grams bread flour
- 60 grams butter
- 2 tbsp active dry yeast
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 320 ml warm water (40 C)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cranberry
- Dissolve yeast into water, and melt the butter.
- Put flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.
- Then add yeast water in and stir a little bit.
- Beat the eggs and add into step 2.
- And pour in the melted butter.
- Stir till dough.
- Move out the dough to a table with slightly sprayed flour.
- Separately add in cranberry and knead.
- Covet the dough and raise for 30 to 40 minutes in warm place.
- Take out the dough and cut into 8 pieces.
- Flatten each dough and fold twice.
- Pinch the edge down and make the surface neat.
- Preheat the oven to 190 C
- Spray some flour on the dough and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Bake 20 minutes.
