Forgotten Pork Chops
- 4 large thick pork chops
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water (soup can)
- 2 cup minute rice, uncooked
- 1 packages dried onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp butter
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Combine cream soups, water, and rice in large mixing bowl.
- Stir to combine
- Place rice mixture in a 9x13 BUTTERED pan.
- Place pork chops on top of mixture.
- Sprinkle the dried onion soup mix over pork chops.
- Cover with tin foil and cook until done, about 60-90 minutes.
- You can cook this low and slow at 250/275F for about 3 hrs if you wish.
