My Family's Recipe Egg and Pork Belly Wraps

  1. Make hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Wrap in the pork slices.
  3. Put the ingredients marked in a pot.
  4. Add the pork-wrapped eggs.
  5. Cover with an otoshibuta drop lid, or parchment paper directly on top and simmer for 10~15 minutes.
  6. When half of the sauce has boiled down, it's done!
