Stamina-Boosting Champuru with Kimchi and Atsuage
- 130 grams Kimchi
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 Atsuage
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Eggs
- Roughly cut the pork and kimchi.
- Blanch the atsuage.
- Beat the eggs.
- Heat a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil, and stir-fry the pork.
- When it's cooked through, add the atsuage while crumbling it with your hands.
- Add the kimchi, then add the soy sauce.
- Pour in the eggs, and mix altogether.
- Turn off the heat, and let them cook thoroughly with the residual heat.
- Then you're done!
