Stamina-Boosting Champuru with Kimchi and Atsuage

  1. Roughly cut the pork and kimchi.
  2. Blanch the atsuage.
  3. Beat the eggs.
  4. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil, and stir-fry the pork.
  5. When it's cooked through, add the atsuage while crumbling it with your hands.
  6. Add the kimchi, then add the soy sauce.
  7. Pour in the eggs, and mix altogether.
  8. Turn off the heat, and let them cook thoroughly with the residual heat.
  9. Then you're done!
