Spaghetti And Ham With Honey Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
- 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 slice thinly sliced cured ham
- 4 slice thinly sliced cured ham
- 200 grams spaghetti
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup black pepper flavoured spaghetti sauce
- Mix the multigrain mustard with honey then add in the slice thinly baked ham and serve as side or topping for spaghetti
- Layer the ham on a parchment papper and bake itat 200C / 400AF for few minutes till its light brown and crispy at the edge
- Bring a pot of water to a boil then simmer down add salt and spaghetti for 8 minutes then drain dry and then pour the spaghetti sauce and mix well
- FOR PRSENTATION ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,plate 1 slice of baked ham then top with spaghetti then a tsp of honey multigrain mixture with few thinly slice of baked ham
