Chocolate-Raspberry Flan

  1. Add boiling water to dry jelly powder.
  2. Stir 2 min.
  3. or until completely dissolved; set aside.
  4. Place chocolate, marshmallows and whipped topping in medium microwaveable bowl.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
  6. or until marshamallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
  7. Gradually add jelly, beating with wire whisk after each addition until well blended.
  8. Pour into four individual dessert dishes or champagne flutes.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Top with raspberries just before serving.
  11. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
