Grilled Potatoes chantilly (1954)

  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Place potatoes in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring edges of foil up, fold and crimp edges to form a tight packet.
  6. Grill for 30-40 minutes, turning entire packet two or three times.
  7. Serve directly from packet.
