Warm Salad of Chicken

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, seeded mustard, honey and French mustard.
  2. Coat chicken fillets with flour and pan fry on both sides for 7-10 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Slice each chicken fillet diagonally into 3 - 4 slices.
  4. Combine mustard dressing with chicken, spinach leaves and capsicum.
  5. Sprinkle with pinenuts and serve immediately.
