Warm Salad of Chicken
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon french mustard
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- flour for coating
- 250g baby spinach leaves
- 1 yellow capsicum, finely sliced
- 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted pinenuts
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, seeded mustard, honey and French mustard.
- Coat chicken fillets with flour and pan fry on both sides for 7-10 minutes or until cooked.
- Slice each chicken fillet diagonally into 3 - 4 slices.
- Combine mustard dressing with chicken, spinach leaves and capsicum.
- Sprinkle with pinenuts and serve immediately.
