Cafe Au Lait Popsicles
- 1 cup water
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 cup half-and-half
- Boil 1 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp instant coffee for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup half-and-half.
- Allow to cool.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
