Cafe Au Lait Popsicles

• 1 cup water
• 14 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 cup half-and-half

1. Boil 1 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp instant coffee for 3 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup half-and-half.
3. Allow to cool.
4. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
