Green Sauce
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
- 1 small gherkin, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 12 ounces plain yogurt
- salt
- pepper
- Cream together yoghurt, vinegar, dijon and oil.
- Stir in chopped herbs and gherkin.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy with grilled salmon or other grilled fish!
