Easy Weeknight Pasta Bake
- 6 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, divided
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet.
- Drain pasta; spoon into 3-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add meat, pasta sauce, tomatoes, 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese and 1 Tbsp.
- basil; mix well.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese and Parmesan.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining basil.
