Cutlets from peas & beans
- 200 grams peas
- 200 grams beans
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1 breadcrumbs
- 1 tahini
- 1 cumin
- 1 olive oil
- 1 salt
- Boil separately beans (not the green vegetable) and peas
- Blend together the boiled beans, peas, cumin, tahini and salt
- Add egg and flour and mix with hands
- Make round forms with hands, cover with breadcrumbs and fry in the oil
