Seventh Moon of August Marinade

• 1 cup Chardonnay wine
• 1 cup soy sauce
• 14 cup sesame oil
• 14 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon chopped ginger

1. Mix well and use to marinate meats and or veggies for the grill.
2. Correct seasonings to your likes & dislikes.
