Double Cranberry Bread

  1. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
  2. Mix cereal and milk in medium bowl; let stand 3 minutes.
  3. Add egg, orange juice and oil; mix well.
  4. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  6. Gently stir in cranberries.
  7. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake at 375F for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan.
  11. Cool completely on wire rack.
