Venison Sausage Recipe
- 3 pound venison
- 1 pound smoked ham
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- Cut meat in pcs and after mixing with other ingredients, put through meat grinder.
- Form into patties.
- Pan fry or possibly broil.
- Patties can be wrapped uncooked in tin foil and frzn for later use.
