Tyler Pie

  1. Mix sugars and cornstarch, add milk and cook a little.
  2. Add butter and egg yolks and bring to a good boil.
  3. Remove from fire and add beaten egg whites, vanilla and nutmeg.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake at 325F (160C) until firm and brown, about 30 to 35 mins.
