Herbed Burgundy Burgers

  1. Prepare hot grill.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix beef with wine, herbs, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Divide into 4 patties.
  4. Place patties on oiled grill.
  5. Grill, turning once, until lightly charred on the outside, but still pink in the middle.
  6. Meanwhile toast buns.
  7. Serve burgers on the buns.
