Slow-Cooker Steel-Cut Oats with Fruit
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 3-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
- Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth; transfer to slow cooker.
- Stir in boiling water.
- Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; stir.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH 1 hour 45 min.
- to 2 hours, stirring after 1 hour.
- Serve topped with nuts.
