Fluffy with Okara Honey and Yogurt Cake
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 50 grams Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Egg (Yodoran-hikari)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into the mold and smooth out the surface.
- Microwave at 500W for 5.5 minutes without covering with plastic wrap.
- It's done when the cake rises and the surface is dry.
- When it's slightly cooled down, slice into desired sizes to serve.
