Blueberry And Banana Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 3 lrg bananas
- 1 x (16 oz) nondairy whipped topping
- 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 x (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
- 1 c. white sugar
- Method:1.
- Press pecans into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) till light brown.
- 2.
- Slice bananas into cooled crusts.
- 3.
- Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
- Add in nondairy whipped topping to cream cheese mix.
- Pour mix over bananas in both pie pans.
- 4.
- Top pies with blueberries.
- Refrigerateat least 4 hrs before serving, or possibly freeze for later use.
- Enjoy!
- Makes 2 nine inch pies
- These pies freeze well; enjoy one now, and freeze the second pie for use later!
