Ramen Chow Mein
- 5 packages ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large carrots sliced
- 3 stock celery sliced
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
- 1 choice of seasonings
- Boil water, add ramen noodles, set spice packets aside.
- Don't over cook
- Prepair the chicken and vegetables
- Heat oil in a wok or a deep frying pan
- Begin by adding the carrots to oil let cook until they begin to soften.
- If you add all the vegatables at once the softer ones will turn to mush before the carrots are tender.
- Add the remaining vegetables and chicken and stir until vegetables soften and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Add any salt, peper, etc at this point.
- Take ramen seasoning packets and add to warm water and stir until fully disolved.
- Add noodles and seasoning fold until throughly mixed
