Easy and Moist Festive Matcha Cakes
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 grams Yogurt
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 50 grams White flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Matcha
- Microwave the butter to soften.
- Add the ingredients in the listed order and mix well each time.
- Preheat the oven for 180C (350F).
- In the meantime, fill the pan and molds with the batter to about 80%.
- When the oven is preheated, turn down the temperature to 170C (340F), and bake for about 15 minutes, and it's done.
