Easy and Moist Festive Matcha Cakes

  1. Microwave the butter to soften.
  2. Add the ingredients in the listed order and mix well each time.
  3. Preheat the oven for 180C (350F).
  4. In the meantime, fill the pan and molds with the batter to about 80%.
  5. When the oven is preheated, turn down the temperature to 170C (340F), and bake for about 15 minutes, and it's done.
  6. *Decorate with sprinkles and other toppings for cake/cookie decorating (not listed) to your liking.
